Our VA Sourcing Process

The path begins with a discovery session with one of our Client Specialists to make sure that our service aligns with your needs.
During the session we will:
- Understand your work challenges
- Pinpoint the specific tasks that should be delegated.
- Clearly determine the tools, and skills that will be required.
- Discuss schedule, budget, and business details.
After the session you receive a service proposal and we take time to meet again and answer any questions you have.

Once you are satisfied with the proposal we will move forward to the next steps.
- We share the profiles of qualified candidates, selected based on your profile for you to look over.
- You meet and interview with the candidates that you find most promising.
- You choose your new assistant, ready to help you focus on making your business grow.

We have an onboarding session with the chosen candidate to better prepare them for joining your team.
We coordinate an initial service onboarding session with you and your new VA to make sure service starts smoothly.
After the first two weeks, we have a quick follow up session to make sure that you and your VA are the right match, and that you are satisfied with the support and service you are receiving.
